What happens during a meditation session?

Clients meet with one-on-one or in a group in a safe environment, where they either sit or lie down throughout the duration of the session. Yoga mats can be used, but are not necessary.
Throughout the meditation session, the meditation facilitator guides and directs thoughts in a streamlined to fashion to emphasize clarity.
