What is sound healing?

Sound healing is a form of music therapy introducing tonal elements to meditation. 
Singing bowls and drums create sonic vibrations that aid in the relaxation of both mind and body.
Sound healing can be done in one-on-one sessions or in groups.

Sound healing benefits anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, difficulty sleeping, or trauma.
Vibrations created during sound healing activate chakras and meridians, and better assist in shifting brainwave states.
Sound healing can also be used in a group setting to enable connectivity and harmony within a group.
 

What happens during a sound healing session?

Sound healing sessions can be booked in 30-60 minute increments, or bundled into packages with other services.
The client lies down with eyes closed, while the healer employs empathic energy to sense where the client needs to be healed. The necessary sound instruments are then used to heal old wounds and trauma.
Some clients will find themselves drifting off into an effortless sleep, while others stay awake in a meditative state.
